Tomoe Nakamura was born in 1967 in Osaka Japan. She is a visual artist, photographer, and writer. Tomoe is currently living in Osaka, Japan.

She graduated from Fine Art BFA from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco USA 2010. She has lived and visited the U.S. continuously, since she was 12 years old. She lived in San Francisco USA since 2000.

She is interested in mixed media, collage, recycled art, and mail art, street art and fine art photography. Her themes relate to both natures, city scenes, travel, abstract, and still life. Her original interest from childhood is to write and read, so she wants to do writing and research job also.
